Every time I hear people say, "You know what, Jose Canseco was right about steroids in baseball" I think back on all the times Jose was wrong about pretty much everything else. This clip is about 8 or 10 such examples of the later.
The best though is that according to Jose, he used to run the 40 in 4.2 seconds, which would have made him as fast as Deion Sanders. I'm a longtime A's fan and the only thing I ever remember Jose running fast for was...uh...nothing.
