Tuesday Links of testicular fortitude

Here's a shot from the Chicago Marathon from a site called Avant/Chicago. I'm speechless. Wait, no I'm not. Can someone tell me why I'm the only person in America that seemed to think the Indians not starting C.C. Sabathia last night made sense? Pitchers throwing on 3-days rest in the playoffs have a LONG history of sucking. Plus the only reason the Yanks went with Wang was because their backs were against the wall. The Indians' backs weren't against any wall. Everyone was acting like last night's game was Game 7 of the World Series. It was Game 4 of the Divisional Series. And what happened? Wang, pitching on three days rest, sucked. Wow, I'm stunned. I never could have guessed that would have happened. And the Yanks lost. So now we get Beckett and Sabathia. Seems like Wedge planned this pretty well to me. Lot of people are going to have to eat their words today.

On to the links.

I don't really love the EPL for the soccer, I love it for its players who fund porno channels. [Deuce of Davenport]

Did the Angels really not take batting practice before Game 3? Seems to me like they didn't take BP all series. [Larry Brown Sports]

I'm with you 100% on that C.C. comment. I thought everyone was pretty idiotic to think that C.C. needed to go on 3 days rest. Rob Neyer was on the ESPN chat last night & I was drilling him about his stupid article, and people were DEFENDING HIM! Saying "How about Beckett in the series? How did that work out?" Wow, ok, one time in the entire f'ing history of baseball. Some people can just piss me off.

I agree with both of you on the C.C. comment. So that makes three of us in the country. It's a start!!

Аlthough yоu can't go back to any songs, you can skip songs, mark them as ones you like or dislike, and browse the names, bands, and CD the song is on of all the songs that have played already. Perhaps the best thing to do is keep an eye on the promotional deals and be ready to pounce quickly when a suitable one comes up. It is a more reliable choice when compared to traditional concrete or wooden barriers for several reasons.
