There's a lot of porn in Olympic logos

I always thought the reason people hated the original 2012 London Olympics design released in June was because it was ugly as hell. Either that or because it might cause seizures. Well I was wrong. Wronger (is that a word?) than I could ever imagine.

Apparently the logo was pornographic. In multiple ways. And guess what, it's not the only one in Olympic history either. But let's take a look at 2012 first. Here's the "sexual predator" version.


Other Brits thought it looked more like Wayne Rooney's Saturday nights at the bordello. Or as With Leather said a while back "an abstract of Lisa Simpson giving head."

I kind of think this is a reach both ways, because when I look at the disjointed logo I don't really think of porn. But if you put a gun to my head I'd probably say the second one is a better representation.

Now that I think about it, Helsinki's logo was kind of suggestive too.






Wow, Helsinki was pretty bad. But then again, so was Moscow's famous "money shot" logo.

But hey, it's all right, because no one did as bad as China's original logo.
