I'm sure you all remember Rudy Giuliani shot himself in the foot when he said he would be rooting for the Red Sox in the World Series. Yes, it was a painfully pathetic attempt to potentially squeeze votes out of state that he has no prayer of ever winning even if he receives the Republican nomination. Well, to capitalize on that ridiculous ploy, Giuliani is now offering personalized autographed bats on his Presidential campaign Web site. For some reason the bats don't mention his fluctuating allegiances. Nor do they mention 9/11. Now there's a surprise.
If you feel like paying only (only?) $79.95 for a bat that would normally cost you about $30, then go right ahead and buy it. I'm sure you'll have a great time breaking it in by wacking Rudy over the head for his asinine political strategy of pandering to hated sports rivals for votes.

Here, I do not actually think this is likely to have success.
Thanks so much for the article, quite useful material.
It won't truly have effect, I suppose so.
