I smell a sweep

Although I know that the Cavs have yet to play a home game in the Finals, it's starting to look like we should get out the broom.

The Cavs got thoroughly waxed Sunday and it's quite possible that because of the Sopranos, Game 2 may beat the historic low ratings of Game 1. In fact, I hope the ratings were even worse for Sunday's game. It'd be yet another nice FU to Dictator David Stern.

But anyway, what's even the point of saying anything about Game 2? The Spurs were up by 25 at half and by 27 to start the 4th. Aside from a Cavs run in the 4th to cut this thing to 8, there was literally no excitement whatsoever.

One Spurs fan held a sign that said "Bring out LeBroom." Oh man are they ever clever. And by "clever" I mean "jackass retards."

Somebody's also got to put Larry Hughes down soon. He played 20 minutes and didn't score a point. He's something like 1-11 so far for the series. I realize he's playing injured, but sometimes when you play injured you actually hurt your team. Larry, you're hurting the team.

Times are tough right now for the Cavs and the NBA. And if the Spurs win Game 3, you may see the midnight showings of Aqua Teen Hunger Force on Adult Swim pulling better ratings than this series.
